This call will
begin with a discussion on the importance of grounding, a technique to ground
you, clearing and cleansing of the chakras that is mandatory for spiritual progress
and which helps in developing the divine attributes of love, compassion,
understanding, etc., meditation for entering the alpha state to connect to your
intuition, and then techniques to help you concentrate on developing your
clairsentience (feeling), clairvoyance (inner vision), and clairaudience
(hearing). We will concentrate more on clairvoyance.

Introduces the student to the basic principles of astrology. It includes
much memorization of the zodiacal names (Signs, Planets, and Houses), symbols,
and keywords. An overview of your own individual astrological birth chart is
provided.
Fall Equinox Service
Date: Wednesday, September 22nd
Time: 7:00pm
Equinox is the term for the two times of year when the Sun's
position makes day and night of equal length in all parts of the Earth. The
vernal equinox usually occurs on March 20 or 21 and marks the beginning of the
spring season in the Northern Hemisphere. The autumnal equinox, which usually
occurs on September 22 or 23, marks the beginning of the fall season in the
Northern Hemisphere.
At
the Light of Christ Center we celebrate the Equinox as a “spiritual gate” to
another part of the yearly cycle.
Archangel Michael has power and authority over this season. Archangel Michael is the Angel of Love and
Purification. This is the time of the
year when we are to prepare for the resurgence of the Christ energy that
happens at the Winter Solstice in December.
At
this time the Disciple has his soul’s harvest weighed in Libra’s evolutionary
scales under the watchful eye of Saturn exalted in Libra. Men, nations and planets reap as they have
sown.
Join
us as we celebrate this time of harvest on Wednesday the 22nd at 7:00pm. We plan to have refreshments following the service.
